Kelly Michelle Stables is a St. Louis Missouri native that performed in The Muny Opera. She received her cumlaude degree from The University of Missouri Columbia with a Bachelors degree in Communication and Theatre. She began her career with the city of Los Angeles as a theater artist, performing and choreographing around 20 plays and musicals. These included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. Additionally, she performed 7 titles at Los Angeles' Storybook Theatre. Kelly began landing movie and television roles after she learned improvisation, and later became an Theatre West company member. She has a unique voice and her small size lets her play a variety of characters. Her work together with Naomi Watts as Samara the antagonist in The Ring 2 is well recognized, but she's most well-known as the lively receptionist on Two and a Half Men. From 2011 to 2015 Kelly worked as a paralegal in the daytime and a party hopper in the evening as a series regular in the TV Land sitcom The Exes. The show also featured her as a Regular as the sassy, sexpert baby sister of Alyssa Milano in the ABC show Romantically Challenged as well as the mom in a stressed-out suburban home on the CW's No Tomorrow. She's lent her soprano singing voice to several cartoons including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. Her most recent role was playing the dim, charming Cloud 9 staffer on NBC hit comedy Superstore. She's married to two children and lives in a quiet house. She loves to write, sew and volunteer in school.
